Audit Service

We regard the annual audit as a service, which in addition to fulfilling statutory and regulatory requirements also provides added value service to our clients and their business.

Our audit service is structured in such a way as to provide pro-active support to our clients and their needs.

 

Budget and Fee

A detailed budget is prepared and agreed prior to the commencement of the audit.

 

Planning

Prior to the end of the financial year we discuss and agree a timetable giving anticipated start and completion dates. We also consider any issues that are likely to emerge in the course if the audit and we advise on any pre-year end tax planning strategies.

 

Accounts and Completion

Accounts and adjustments as a result of audit work are discussed with the client prior to the completion of any reports. A final meeting is held to discuss the accounts in detail with the client.

 

Report to Management

As part of the audit we prepare a report to management giving an analytical review of the results for the year and reporting on any findings that need to be brought to the attention of the management. We also report on any matters that might provide opportunities for improved profit performance or control or other matters that would be of benefit to their business.
